We do not collect sensitive data. No banking data is collected via the Site.

3) Purposes & Legal Bases

Your data is processed for the following purposes:

  • Responding to your enquiries sent via the contact form, by email or by phone (legal basis: legitimate interest and/or pre-contractual measures)
  • Establishing quotes, contracts and services, ensuring follow-up of the client relationship and the rental management of your property (legal basis: contractual performance)
  • Coordinating service providers working on your property (craftsmen, photographers, laundry, housekeeping) within the framework of the management contract (legal basis: contractual performance)
  • Distributing your listing on short-term rental platforms for clients subscribed to our Airbnb management offering (legal basis: contractual performance)
  • Improving the Site and measuring audience (anonymised or aggregated statistics – legal basis: legitimate interest or consent depending on the tool used)
  • Displaying third-party content (Google Maps cards, videos, web fonts) if you consent to it (legal basis: consent)
  • Complying with the legal and tax obligations to which Maison LR Conciergerie is subject (legal basis: legal obligation)

4) Recipients & Subprocessors

Data recipients are: Maison LR Conciergerie and, where applicable, its technical and operational service providers, strictly for the purposes described above.

These recipients may include:

  • Site host (O2Switch)
  • Audience measurement tools (Google Analytics)
  • Form and emailing tools integrated with the Site
  • Short-term rental platforms for the distribution of listings (Airbnb, Booking.com, Abritel, Expedia, etc.) within the framework of the management contract
  • Operational service providers (housekeeping companies, laundry services, craftsmen, photographers) working on the managed property
  • Accounting and tax tools for invoicing and legal declarations

These service providers act as subprocessors and offer guarantees of security and confidentiality compliant with the GDPR.

Transfers outside the European Union may occur (for example via audience tools or international rental platforms). These transfers are governed by standard contractual clauses or a mechanism recognised by the GDPR. You may contact us to learn more.

5) Retention Periods

  • Prospects and contact enquiries: up to 3 years after the last exchange
  • Active clients and contracts: throughout the duration of the contractual relationship
  • Accounting and tax data: 10 years after the end of the contract, in accordance with legal obligations
  • Guest data (transmitted by platforms for welcoming purposes): duration of the stay extended by 12 months for the management of any disputes
  • Cookies: maximum duration of 13 months (see § Cookies)

Beyond these periods, the data is deleted or anonymised.
