Lena Riousset, the heart of Maison LR
My name is Lena Riousset, and I founded Maison LR Conciergerie with one simple conviction: a well-managed property means a serene owner and travellers who are truly satisfied.
Hospitality has been part of my life since childhood. My family ran a guesthouse, and I grew up surrounded by the sense of welcome, the spirit of service, and the attention to detail. Even today, that mindset guides every professional decision I make.
My career in restaurants, and later in property management, gave me a solid foundation: client relationships, organisation, rigour, responsiveness. Used to working with a varied clientele — French and international alike — I learned to deliver a smooth, professional experience regardless of the traveller’s profile.
What drives me each day? The variety of this profession. Every property is unique, every owner has their own goals, every stay must be a success. I personally take part in every step: listing optimisation, booking management, guest welcoming, housekeeping and the overall care of the property.
I chose this path for its human dimension as much as for its freedom. Discovering new places, adapting to singular environments, offering concrete and effective solutions: this is what energises me along the Mediterranean coast, from Aubagne to Sanary-sur-Mer.
